Besides his successful trial work, Mr. McQuat’s practice includes appeals. Prior to joining the Blanch Law Firm, he worked in the Criminal Appeals Bureau of the Legal Aid Society, defending the rights of indigents before the New York State Appellate Division. Additionally, as an Assistant District Attorney, he argued more than 100 appeals as supervisor of his county’s Appeals Unit.
